Full dentures (also known as complete dentures) replace your natural teeth from the upper and/or lower gums. Some people only need full upper dentures or full lower dentures, but often we provide complete dentures for both upper and lower gums. If there are any teeth remaining, they are usually kept to give the dentures more stability.
