Why Are Word OF Mouth Referrals the backbone of any business?

Frances believes in her patients honesty and being authentic when writing an opinion and doing a referral - Of course reviews can be made up Frances believes she has nothing to hide and wants them to do a referral in their own words and from their own true opinions nothing is coached - Frances doesn’t have many reviews (of course you can buy reviews but Frances Blane chooses not to corrupt an honour system) each word of mouth review is written from the heart and as honest as the day is long– no review is manipulated to get more attention from Google all reviews are left untouched and original and honest word of mouth referrals that are purely for money gain i.e. spotters fees which is widespread in the industry are not wanted nor welcomed by Frances. Frances Blane has always given her complete attention to all patients, her main reason being she feels very much they deserve the best she can do. My patients listen to what or who is talked about and make up their minds honestly. Yes word of mouth is very powerful and very honest – if no money gain is involved – some people actually get taken to a place, so the spotter can pick up their spotters fee, making sure they don’t miss out, their fee is added to your bill I hear?? Not much of a friend, I would get a new one.
